It was a great place to stay. Came for Alabama concert, close to variety of places to eat. Price was right. Room was great, clean, on 1st floor. I would highly recommend. Small breakfast , but if you want more, I hop was across parking lot.
We did not love the way the town treated us. Every place we stopped into treated us as an inconvenience. This hotel was the best part of service during our stay! The front desk guy felt like talking to a friend, incredibly kind! Room service wasn’t expected, we typically have to ask for it. They cleaned our room daily and were very respectful of our personal items. I would absolutely stay here again, and I would absolutely recommend. The breakfast menu was minimal but there is an ihop next door as well as other options around the city. Still, 5 stars across the board!
For a budget minded hotel it is very clean! Service was better than expected! In walking distance of a couple restraunts and a dollar store!
They were the only place that would let me reserve a room the week end of sept 27 2025 everyone wanted me to do 2 nights bc they had something that was going on that weekend the last place I called to.d me I wouldn’t be able to get a room for o e night and they talked bad about econo lodge got clean or good service, they were so wrong about ECONO LODGE we had great service and we will always now reserve a room with them they we will have our business bc we are from Michigan so I take my hat off to them great place for us and again thank you it was a pleasure staying there .
4 stars, room was nice and clean. Only complaint was that the bathtub didn’t drain quick and neither did the sink part of the time. Other than that, the employees were so nice and the area was clean and well taken care of.
Qe had a house fire and needed a place e to stay for a few days. It was the most economical in the area for the space we needed. With a name like Econolodge, we went in with certain expectations and were blown away. The room was well furnished and clean. The staff was extremely helpful, very polite and friendly. There was also breakfast of cereal, yogurt, juice, fruit, and oatmeal.
This was a nice place for a one night stop. Our two dogs were allowed without costing as much as the humans. The room was clean with no pet odor. I know there was something or dogs could smell. Thankfully, it wasn't a marking smell. Breakfast was coffee, cold or hot cereal, yogurt, and bananas were offered.
Just what I expect from a budget minded hotel. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The bead was nice. The AC was arctic cold. And the room was dead quiet. The breakfast was yogurt, 3 different cereals, instant Oatmeal, and bananas. But if you want more, IHOP is literally next door. Things were a little dated and showed wear, but you can't go wrong for thr price
